How do I register for VCTrainings's Web Seminar (Webinar)?

To register for our events, please choose the program and fill a simple registration form and get started with it.

How will I receive confirmation of my registration?

After registration, you will receive a confirmation mail via email, phone or fax. Once the registration process is complete, you will receive a registration letter.

What are the benefits of attending Webinars?

What is the duration of each Webinar session?

The duration of the each Webinar could be anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

How can I order recorded (on Demand) webinar?

What do I do if I encounter a problem while placing an order?

No worries. If you are facing any kind of difficulty while placing an order, please contact our customer care at 1-800-447-9407.

How many days prior should I intimate to cancel any event?

To cancel your event, you will have to intimate VCTrainings 2 days prior to the event start date.

Will I get refund amount upon cancellation?

Registrants may cancel up to two working days prior to the course start date will receive a letter of credit to be used towards a future course up to one year from date of issuance.

VCTrainings would process/provide refund only if the Live Webinar has been cancelled or rescheduled to another date. The attendee could choose either the recorded webinar or avail a letter of credit to be used towards a future course up to one year from date of issuance.

Refunds will not be given to participants that do not show up for the webinar.

In any case, if the registered attendee does not cancel or fails to attend, neither the refund nor the voucher would be issued.

What type of payment does VCTrainings accept?

VCTrainings accepts all kinds of payment mode- Visa, MasterCard and American Express debit/credit cards.
